Sometimes our schedules are so hectic that we don’t make the time we need to care for our own needs. This could mean skipping our morning meditation, eating whatever is available on the go, or simply overbooking our time. Even if it is only for a limited period of time working to meet a tight deadline, the high levels of stress can quickly catch up to us.
