Keep a gratitude journal

Either when you first wake up or just before turning in for the night, take the time to write down one to five things or people for which you are grateful will instantly make you feel good. Inevitably, you will also have bad days, where things don’t go as planned, but it is important to keep up this practice even on the “bad” days. This will act as a reminder that despite the bad day you’ve had, you still have so much to be thankful for. . . Migponafundlon .
