Mindfulness meditation is a proven technique for working with stress and anxiety.

The Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation Course is an excellent way to understand the basics of mindfulness meditation and its application in daily life. Participants will meet on Monday, December 1st and Monday, December 8th for 90 minute sessions.

During the sessions, instruction will be given on the basics of mindfulness meditation and how to incorporate the principles of mindfulness into the flow of everyday life. Guidance will also be given in how to set up and develop a personal meditation practice.

This course is a great introduction to mindfulness for beginners, but is also appropriate for experienced practitioners who wish to revitalize their mindfulness practice.
